Articles, abstracts and evidence based research papers should focus on topics and titles that suit the
following themes for the upcoming journal issue.
General Theme: Injury& incident prevention, climate change, safety leadership, safety behaviours and
safety cultures, HSE-MS and EMS applications and interventions to improve organizational
performance, new innovations, Waste management practices, sustainable development, renewable
energy projects and programmes
Authors are expected to develop sub themes and titles that will reflect studies and researches to
achieve the general theme.

Notification of acceptance of abstracts and call for submission of full papers by the editorial team and
technical peer review committee (January 1

End of Full paper submission (January 20th, 2022)

Guidelines and directives for paper submission
The following instructions will apply to all interested authors while submitting full papers through
electronic means only (either by e-mail or by uploading into a provided publication website). All
technical papers must arrive on time within provided timetable/schedule listed above.
 All papers for submission must be original (practical or case study based) and in line with the
proposed themes.
 Authors should write their names in the order of Surname (IN CAPITAL), and other names.
 Institutions of all the authors should be included
 Corresponding authors should be indicated with an asterisk ()  Functional email addresses and phone number for all authors must be included.  All submitted paper abstract shall be written in clear and coherent English language. i. All papers for submission must be original (practical or case study based) and in line with the
proposed themes.
ii. Authors should write their names in the order of Surname (IN CAPITAL), and other names.

v. Functional email addresses and phone number for all authors must be included.
vi. All submitted paper abstract shall be written in clear and coherent English language.
vii. The written/full paper shall have a clear and coherent Introduction/ background to the study,
Methodology, Results and Discussion (IMRD)
viii. The references should be written using American Psychological Association (APA) style (referring
to 6th edition).
ix. The written text should be formatted into 1.5 line spacing; 12-point font size and Times New
Roman font or calibri
x. All illustrations, figures, and tables should be placed within the text (Not at the end of paper), and
should be appropriately cited and source referenced within-text )
xi. All papers must be submitted in English language
xii. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words
xiii. All submitted full Papers should not exceed 15 pages including figures, tables and references.
xiv. All authors whose papers have been accepted must submit signed consent notes to the publisher
stating the originality of their work and an acceptance to publish their work in SHE Culture or
ClimateTimes journals. Such notes shall also indicate “confirmation statement” that the paper
has not been published before in another journal
All paper submission files must be in Microsoft word file format (docs) and not as PDF or
PowerPoint.  Papers must be submitted to designated e-mails or uploaded into a given online portal/link
xv. The technical peer review committee will send a confirmation email to all authors following
receipt and acceptance of their manuscripts.
xvi. All the submitted manuscript shall go through the technical review committee.  The report of the reviewers will be communicated to the lead/corresponding authors.  Following the acceptance of paper, the author(s) will make a publication payment for the sum of
USD $50 Dollars to a designated account to be communicated.
xvii. Final notices to authors shall bear following inscriptions in bold
xviii. Paper accepted without revision
xix. Resubmit paper with major/minor revisions  Paper rejected.
xx. Authors whose papers are published shall be given a written notification “note of
acknowledgement”
